"I’ve always thought of Autumn as a beautiful time of year. The temperature stays nice and the trees will soon be dressed in bright colors. What a beautiful gift from nature!

 

This season also marks the return to routine after an often filled period of summertime. Summer vacation is over, it’s time to return to work and school. It’s an exhausting time for many people!

 

During this time, the Québec Cancer Foundation takes on the appearance of a small hive of activity. Hundreds of people are active every day, everywhere in Québec, to help people touched by cancer and their loved ones. To get there, volunteers get involved and give their time, but especially their love and their compassion. Thanks to these benevolent women and men, the people suffering from cancer can take a moment to relax at the Foundation and dedicate themselves to their recovery.

 

You also want to make a difference for all these people? Place your qualities and your experiences in the service of the Québec Cancer Foundation by becoming a volunteer.

 

You don’t have the time? You can share information and content from the Foundation’s Facebook page. Each small gesture of support counts and can have a great impact. Who knows, maybe someone you know needs help.

 

I am proud to give my time to the Foundation as the spokesperson, but also by participating this Autumn in two Cancerto benefit events in Trois-Rivières and Gatineau. I hope to be able to meet you all!
